We stand behind our service. If you experience a technical issue we cannot resolve, we will honor your refund request.

1. Our Commitment

At EagleCast TV, we strongly recommend testing our service with the free 48-hour trial before purchasing any paid plan. This gives you a full opportunity to evaluate quality, channel availability and performance before committing.

2. When You Are Eligible for a Refund

  • The service is technically non-functional and our team cannot resolve the issue within 24 hours
  • A double payment occurred due to a technical error on our end
  • Your order was not processed but you were charged
⚠️ Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We always attempt to resolve technical issues first before processing a refund.

3. When Refunds Are Not Available

  • Issues caused by your own internet connection or hardware
  • Account terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
  • Change of mind after using the service
  • If you did not use the free 48-hour trial before purchasing
  • Requests made after the service has been actively used for an extended period
