2. When You Are Eligible for a Refund
- The service is technically non-functional and our team cannot resolve the issue within 24 hours
- A double payment occurred due to a technical error on our end
- Your order was not processed but you were charged

3. When Refunds Are Not Available
- Issues caused by your own internet connection or hardware
- Account terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
