2. Description of Service

EagleCast TV provides a premium IPTV streaming service offering access to live TV channels, on-demand movies and series, sports and PPV events, and catchup content — primarily optimized for USA and Canada.

3. Accounts & Registration

• You must provide accurate and current information at registration
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential
• All activities under your account are your responsibility
• You must immediately report any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscriptions & Payments

EagleCast TV offers subscription plans of 3 months, 1 year and 2 years. Current pricing is available on our pricing page.

Payment Terms

• Payments are one-time — no automatic renewals
• We accept Cryptocurrency payments only
• After successful payment, you receive credentials within 1–5 minutes by email

5. Permitted & Prohibited Use

Permitted

• Personal streaming of content for your own use
• Use on the permitted number of connections per subscription

Prohibited

• Reselling or commercial use without authorization
• Sharing credentials outside your household
• Attempting to circumvent security measures
• Recording, redistributing or rebroadcasting content
• Using bots, scrapers or automated tools

6. Intellectual Property

All content available through EagleCast TV is the property of the respective rights holders. It is prohibited to download, store or distribute copyrighted material without authorization.

7. Availability & Uptime

We target 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance is scheduled during off-peak hours where possible. Extended outages may be compensated with subscription extension.

8. Limitation of Liability

EagleCast TV is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, data loss, or security breaches caused by factors outside our control, or damage caused by your own use in violation of these terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes are published on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
